I am so glad I chose this hotel. It was wonderful. Looking forward to going back, but will be booking direct.
Especially enjoyed the aromatherpay massage, and the room service and breakfast buffet was delicious.
Dedicated subway station was also convenient and I enjoyed wandering through the walkways and shops of Shiodome.

This is really a classic, wonderful old world hotel.
My brother and I were in a wonderfully quiet, twin bed room, all organised superbly by the Raffles Le Royal team. Generally are perfect but my families, friend and myself are not happy with the SPA services provided by the hotel. We went for a session of massage and we found that all SPA workers there are not well train with their hand pressure and technics. We stayed at Prince Palace 3 night. One night in the beginning of our holiday en the last 2 days. The firts night we had an OK room, just a normal room.
The last 2 nigt we had a suite. It was the most beutiful room we ever had in a hotel.

We could view the distant mountains from your room. We had a delightful long chat with Ms Somporn while having breakfast who had excellent English communication skills. A top place to really relax. Beautiful gardens with pools full of warm spring water for use any time, a delightful outdoor dining area overlooking the Pai river, plenty of room in the standard rooms and gorgeous superior rooms with private spa on

They accomodation was fantastic, the service was fantastic and the breakfast was fantastic.
The only issues i had with the accomodation was the small bedrooms and no aircondition control (only a vent) and the water in the shower didnt go down straight away.[...]

The hotel interior and service is great and suitable for people on honeymoon who do not wish to go for sight seeing. It is located rather far from the street market and transportation is not easy. Shuttle service to Kuta town is also not often and inconvenient.[...]
