| "This is a very good hotel , the breakfast buffet very good,also the dinner not but at all,we enjoy the fact that you pay once (small amount )and you have no limit drinking wine ... perfect. the stuff very very helpful and the shuttle bus perfect it is so convenient and is free off charge we have no problem next time to stay again in the same hotel." |

| "Should I return to Dubai I would certainly stay at the Novotel World Trade Centre Hotel. Whilst the hotel has easy access to the Convention Centre, it is not centrally located for tourism, but neither is any other hotel in Dubai. I found it a difficult place to get around and the wait for taxis can sometimes be horrendous. However, the Novotel has excellent and reliable free shuttles to and from the airport and the local shopping centre where we were able to access the 'Big Bus' tour which was an ideal way of seeing Dubai. The Novotel shuttle bus drivers are wonderful and very friendly and courteous. The inclusive breakfast was a delightful bonus. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and have no hesitation in recommending it for retired and senior tourists as ourselves." |

| "Clean room & bathroom. Good facilities, good service. My only negative is the restaraunt & food - too small therefore crowded at breakfast and not enough variety in the food offered" |

| "Room too small for the price. Very difficult to have a taxi from there. Staff at the reception not efficient. If you have a problem with your internet reservation don't loose your time to discuss with the clerck at the reception just ask to talk to the supervisor. Not recommended!" |

| "Stayed in the hotel for three nights. Ate in the restuarant for breakfast and Dinner. Mixed variety of food, well presented and plenty to eat from the buffet.
Room very quiet. No disturbances.
Courtesy buses to various locations very useful. " |
