"Guaranteed best choice Hotel. Looked at others and tempted by cheaper rates but the location and facilities offered by the Madinat Mina A' Salam far outweigh any difference in price. This is more a resort than just a hotel. A 6 star holiday with all facilities to hand - no need to leave the hotel - thereby more than makes up for the difference in rates. Pure Arabian Atmosphere, will definitely be coming back."

"My stay was wonderful and i had stayed in your hotel a couple of times. I represent a big company (a LNG Titan in the world). But you have improve your front desk or reception service. Your service should be prompt to everyone irrespective of their color or creed and efficient. Baggages should be promptly delivered to the rooms. rest i would come again if chance given."

"Our stay was amazing and would gladly recommend it. The surroundings and decor were excellent. The golf cart and the boats between the hotels was a lovely service. Food was amazing. Recommend to everyone to include breakfast with their bookings. Ranjna Auckland , New Zealand"

"Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The service was great, the rooms are very big and beautifully appointed and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The hotel restaurants aren't cheap but there is plenty to choose from in regard to resaurants as well as some less expensive ones next door in the souk. Agreat place to stay."

"My husband and I spent 8 nights there and absolutely loved it. It was like we were having our honeymoon. It staff, the facilities were just perfect. We could not fault the hotel at all, everything was perfect. We didn't have to leave the hotel at all, we had everything there. We loved the Madinat better than the Burj Al Arab. We would definitely stay there again. We were very spoilt indeed. It was the ideal romantic setting for my husband and I to meet up with each other for a short break before he flew back to Afghanistan."

"We've just stayed at this hotel for a second time. This hotel is a value when the rates come down. I don't think it is worth more than what we paid, i.e., from $300-400. The rooms are a bit small, though nicely furnished with large bathrooms. The facilities and grounds with the canals and boats are what make the place. The access to the Mall of the Emirates is also a plus. The one drawback is the costly internet access, which is ridiculous considering how much one is paying for the room. We did not get it and there is nowhere else to access internet for a lesser amount nearby. Our stay in the region is probably at an end but we'd stay there again. I wish their rates during the cooler months were also more reasonable so we could enjoy the outside when we are there. We did have one issue when we tried to get in with a rental car we rented at the hotel and they didn't want us to bring it in but I think that was a misunderstanding. "

"STAYED AT JUMEIRAH HOTELS, icluding ""Jumeirah Beach Hotel" - more for families, pool facilities and distance to Wild wadi. Mina a salam (this hotel) is excellent and you will be looked after. loads of choice for food and drink, but definately not cheap. Burj al Arab is the big one, part of the Jumeirah chain. Watch out for the minimum spend at drinks and dinner. Drinks for two is a minimum spend of about £85. Well worth it though (Skyview bar). Bag yourself a copy of concierge, or time out Dubai for up to date listings as it is an ever evolving place. DUBAI IS EXCELLENT, BUT TO TRULY APPRECIATE IT YOU WILL NEED TO TAKE LOTS OF MONEY!! "

"Very good pleasant hotel with lots of things to do and lots going on. staff very pleasant and helpfull. Very good location to get around and ideal beach to relax."

"We spent two days at the Madinat following an holiday in Egypt. It has to be the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at (and I've stayed at plenty). The service was impeccable, the food exquisite and best of all the bed was heavenly. It was so comfortable that we are going to order one and have it shipped to Australia! We arrived at 2am in the morning and my husband was very doubtful that they would let us into our room 12 hours early but we spoke to the concierge at their airport desk and he said that if they had spare rooms they would do their best to accommodate us. Excellent service comes at a price and it certainly would not be described as a cheap stay but from my point of view it was worth every cent."
