| "The Hyatt Regency was excellent, and based on the published rack rate it was very good value through Asiarooms. The room and faclities were good and service was excellent. The restaurant was particularly good for breakfast. The adjacent ice skating rink was an added bonus for my son. The only small negative point was the smiming pool: not really big enough for the number of users. The whole terrace needs some improvement. " |

| "I loved my room (with door bell!) and the state of the art modern bathroom. Best buffet breakfast I have ever had with fresh squeeze local juices. The hotel is over 25 years old but very nicely renovated.
I had a probelm with a couple of taxi drivers who would take me to the other Hyatt locations (Park Place and Grand further down Diera Creek) so be sure to say you want the Hyatt Regency by the gold soulks!! One taxi driver refused to take me from the gold soulk back to the hotel (breaking the law), because he gets paid by the meter based on distance; therefore, I was forced to carry 30 pounds of goods I bought at the nearby soulks in the 110+F temperature in late May." |

| "Service was wonderful, people that worked there were extremely helpful, even when they saw you around the hotel. Everything we asked for was promptly addressed.
Had a cute mall connected to hotel as well as ice skating rink. There was something for everyone. Breakfast was great at the kitchen and dinner at Al Dhawaars is a must at least once. I would definitely stay there again! The fitness center was state of the art, only the pool was lacking some charisma but that is ok. " |
