| "June 2008 : 3rd stay within 2 years, tried other hotels as well, nothing beats the Grosvenor, will come back for sure, great buffet (breakfast and dinner), outstanding service." |

| "Outstanding. Admittedly we were upgraded to a basic suite from a very well-priced room, but all the same we were exceedingly impressed with the whole deal, including service which can be very variable in Dubai. The suite was magnificent, views over the sea/Palms great; and the place kept being refilled with treats, fruits, chocs, nibbles. Staff were on the nail for performance without excess. I spend over 130 nights a year in 5 star worldwide and this is the best for several years. Getting the shuttle to the beach could be an issue for some (though it works like clockwork) but I think GH combines the best beach facilities in the district with the best hotel services." |

| "Grosvenor House is an excellent hotel. Staff are friendly and professional, service is excellent. There is a variety of restaurants and all are great.
The only drawback for families is the beach is located acrosss the road, although the hotel does provides a shuttle bus to and from the beach, as you cannot walk across. I would recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay here again." |

| "When we arrrived late at night, our reservation was ready. We asked for an up grade and this was provided to us immediately.
The up grade certainly made the stay even better.
I must say that we were pamppered during our entire stay -from the pool to the dining room to the front door staff.
The shuttle bus was available for us to various malls.
Draw back- no immediate beach,which I would have preferred.
However,this is a great place to relax and get spoilt.

| "My wife and myself had I very remarkable stay at this hotel. The service of all staff, was not only very friendly but well trained and of high quality.
The quality of the hotel building, rooms, bathrooms, lifts, AC, and the sound and heat insulation is world class.
The breakfast buffet was enormous catering for all tasts in the world. The "smoothies" a speciality.
Commuting to the partner hotel to enjoy the beach was well organized, no waiting and full facities at the beach hotel. Super super

| "Fantastic service, attention to detail very good. The building work surrounding the hotel would bother some people though. The pool does go in the shade in the afternoon, but you can "share" the facilities of the Royal Le Meridien over the road. Overall a very good hotel." |
