| "The facilities and restaurants in this hotel are fantastic. Rooms are awesome, very spacious and comfrotable. It took us more than 35 minutes to check in, because, despite my booking clearly stating I had booked a non smoking room, the hotel had me down for a smoking room. fortunately i had a copy of the booking, through Asia Rooms and eventually we were shown to our excellent room. There were a couple of small things that were annoying. Told we couldnt have a particular drink by the pool, only to see somebody severd that exact item 15 mintue later. When I asked about this, I was told that in a very off hand matter, it was my problme. The bar manager did eventually come over and apologise. Our card failed to work for room access once our breakfast wasnt listed as part of the booking at the breakfast bar. Little things I know, but not what you expect from a 5 star, that is not cheap. Other than the little niggles, wqe really enjoyed our stay, but may look somewhere else next time." |

| "We arrived early morning about 4am and had to pay for a full first night which was our only negative experience with Grand Hyatt. The staff were very friendly and helpfull throughout our 3 days at the hotel. On arrival we were offered an upgrade to executive floor (at an extra payment), which we accepted. The reception manager was very professional and service minded and followed us to our room and explained about the all benefits of executive floor. The executive floor included breakfast at the 14th floor as well as drinks and a light meal from 6pm in the afternoon. Check out at the floor and some other benefits.
We booked some tours with the assistance of the hotel and all very well explained and arranged. Beyond the control of the hotel was a cancellation of our booked helicopter sightseeing, but the manager felt sorry for us and surprised us with a limo transport to the airport.
One of our best hotel experiences. Well done Grand Hyatt! " |

| "Arrived very early and were given tea in the Lounge while our room was being made ready. We were then able to get into our room much earlier than we thought. The room was very good. Will come back here again." |

| "It would be a better experience if my partner and I had not got food poisoning after dinner at Manhattan Grill on 27th December.
The dishes, including oysters, warm goat cheese salad, steak and fish, were delicious but we started to fall sick with vomiting, diarrhoea and fever early next morning.
It took more than an hour for the doctor to arrive and more than 5 hours before our medicine arrived. My stomach upset afterwards had ruined the rest of my holiday. :(" |

| "An excellent hotel which we would thoroughly recommend. One of our party had a birthday while we were on holiday and the hotel left a delicious birthday cake in our room that evening. The pool and spa facilities were immaculate and spacious and there was always room, in and out of the shade, around the pool. A bonus, as far as our exercise conscious sons were concerned, was the large indoor pool.
The only thing to be aware of was the cost of the evening meals and drinks in the hotel. We felt that several of the restaurants and bars were very expensive and we would have appreciated the offer of an 'all-inclusive' buffet style evening meal which some of the other local hotels have available." |
