| "i loved this hotel the staff were excellent the only moan i had was the pool area the way its situated it was very busy and if you dont get a bed at the front you miss the sun plus it moves around 1.30 ish then you have to move to another pool and the sun doesnt come round till 3pm not a lot of sunbathing was done" |

One comment. I asked the concierge to send for me a few postcards. Until now the postcards have not yet been delivered. Something went wrong here.
But overall I was very satisfied with the service." |

| "We visted in February for a short break and had a truly exceptional experience. We enjoyed a beautiful Gold room on the 30th floor, together with the delights of the Gold lounge. We dined in the Spectrum on One and the Exchange Grill both of which were excellent. The Friday brunch just has to be experienced!
The friendly and courteous staff went out of their way to be of service at all times and the hotel deserves more than the 5 star rating." |

| "A group of us stayed in the Fairmont hotel at Christmas time. We were given the impression that it was only suited to people traveling on business before we arrived. I was delighted to see that it was very accommodating to families and couples. It is a really lovely hotel with a modern yet warm decor. The spa is really lovely, they thought of it all with two swimming pools to catch the sun all day. We had a fantastic night on New Years Eve in Spectrum on One restaurant. The service was superb. One of the families got upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite as we arrived early to check in and the hotel didn't have 2 separate deluxe standard rooms available. This room was amazing. It included en-suite bedrooms, large dining area and sitting room area with a full-size bar. The room had a view of every angle of the area as the room was so large. There was two of us staying in the deluxe standard room. This was also lovely, average size for this category of room. The only problem I would have is wardrobe space. " |

| "The service at the hotel was great. The staff is very professional and the facilities are fantastic. I have stayed in a lot of hotel due to traveling a lot and this is one of the best i have stayed in so far. The room was fantastic and the amenities in the room were very adaquate. Would definately stay again and refer this to anyone." |
