| "Hi, this hotel is located at 'Bur Dubai' good for families and business travellers.
You have free internet and very good service all around.
Rooms are good size. Bath room is all marble and well equipped. Breakfast is near perfect for all travellers from different countries.
Sometimes it is difficult to get taxi in Dubai. I rented almost brand new Peugeot 206 for 90.00 Dirham a day and went everywhere with it!! If you have a car, you can park at the back of other larger hotel for free which is the main hotel of sister Ascot, thus you do not need to pay car park fees.

| "The hotel is located in a perfect position for the things I wanted to do in Dubai. Easy walking distance of the creek, the souks, Bastaskiya and the Abras to Deira. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety and fresh. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely return when in Dubai." |

| "On our arrival at about 2am we were impressed by the hotel and our room was fine. The only problem was that we were above the disco which did not finish until 3am and was very noisy.
The following day we asked for a change of room which was accommodated with no fuss or questioning and were provided with a lovely quiet room which was actually larger than our original room.
The location of the hotel is excellent, being located only 5 minutes walk from The Creek and the bus station, which operates an excellent service to the rest of the UAE.
This is not the first time I have stayed at the Ascot and I hope to be able to stay there again. I would thoroughly recommend it. The staff are always polite and efficient and the rooms are very clean." |

| "All in all, a great hotel for the money with very large room. Breakfasts were excellent and cater for most tastes. Rooftop pool was also nice to escape the heat, free daily hotel shuttle bus to Dubai Beach also a plus. Staff were courteous and attentative to all needs. Bur Dubai generally isnt a visually appealing location, having said this the hotel is well placed to all tourist locations in "old Dubai" being a 2-3 min walk from Dubai Creek and Musuems." |

| "The Ascot Hotel is a fine Hotel for the business traveler that needs a cheaper Hotel while doing business In Dubai. The only fall back on this Hotel is that nothing is mentioned in the web site about the Ascot having two disco tec's on weekend's and one operating during the week. The disco's go till 3:00am so if you need sleep and aren't on the second floor away from the noise you will not get a restful nights sleep.Book accordingly. It is also difficult getting a Taxi from this location / Hotel because of street construction from the Metro, which won't be completed until 2010. The resturants are fine and one can go to the Royal Ascot next door and do fine dining if needed." |
