| "we stayed at this hotel for 10 days and we found the food to be of the highest standard of any hotel we have stayed in. the staff and facilities were great, nothing was to much trouble. huge club room with everything you could want including high tea and happy hour everyday which was included in room rate.
could not falt this hotel and we have stayed in plenty." |

| "The housekeeper unintentionally took my wife pajama when they clean the room on the first night and she still did not get it back until today (ten days already). This is unacceptable for five stars Hotel (who rate them?)
By the way, the concierge is very helpful his name is Shalon from Phillipine.
Anyway, the overall service is not what I expected from a five star hotel so I feel that room rate is too high for their quality of service." |

| "The hotel was very nice however, they played very loud disco type music at the pool and we needed to speak to guest relations to get the pool attendants to turn the music down, We like to read and relax when sitting by the pool and not be subjected to loud music.The way in which the pool was managed was to a much lower standard than the rest of the Hotel" |

| "Despite this being a large complex the size of the hotel itself is small. As you walk into the lobby this is small and the rooms were well below our expectations, especially as we stayed in club rotana roomw, we were expecting them to be bigger.
The food and drink in the club lounge was very good but again the lounge is too small.
Location is fine, the service was good, the hotel was kept very clean but we would not stay her again as it felt more like a 4 star than a 5." |

| "Overall , my stay at the Murooj Rotana was lovely , I couldnt have asked for a better hotel, they greeted/welcomed and made me feel at home and i would like to thank every member of staff who made my stay over there beautiful. The service was efficient/professional and out standing as well as the cleaniess and facilities available.
I would definately visit again, thank you once again." |

| "The hotel is very nice, the price is a bit high US$250 per night, but you need to know that Dubai became more expensive than TOKYO! if you do your bookings through travel agent or directly you would be lucky to find 4 to 5 star rooms at 20 to 30% more than asiarooms rate. EXHIBITIONS are almost around the year!
The only frustration I had was to wait for long time (around 10 days) to get confirmation. this is my first time booking through asiarooms, I would definetly consider them for most of my bookings in Asia." |

| "Absolutely an upgrade in my needs for my type of visit. I truly felt at home in the room and the respect and courtesy shown by all in the hotel. It was definitely a paradise away from my ship. I had others that marveled at the facility when they visited. I felt honored as a guest at this hotel. All services provide made it unnecessary to leave the hotel. Tahnk you." |

| "An excellent hotel, more for the business traveller than anything, but still good for a short stop over or romantic weekend away.
Good location and excellent pool area make this hotel one of the best for Dubai city. If you are after beach, then stay nearer in Jumeirah somewhere. If you are after easy access to the Malls and other hotels for restaurants and bars, this place can't be beaten.
Try to bag yourself a free upgrade...!" |
