| "Simply talking. I v enjoyed Al-bostan Rotana a lot. It is from the best hotel I have ever booked in. It was a romantic trip, the hotel played a good role in that.

| "The best thing about this hotel was the thick luxurious carpets, the DELICIOUS breakfast that one start looking forward to before one goes to bed and the taxi availability. The breakfast itself is almost a reason to stay here.
For people in transit Al Bustan Rotana is a great choice, 5 minutes from the airport with a great Thai restaurant. For the rest; it's just a bit too far away from everything. However if you don't mind the travelling time, it would be one of the better options as the traffic isn't too bad getting there or away. Anything in for example Deira is a nightmare.
The internet service charge is completely over the top. It should be included in the room charge at this rate. Also the "equipment" in the bathroom was falling apart and extremely bad quality.
Apart from that the stay was fairly enjoyable.

| "Our stay at the al bustan rotana was very enjoyable
we found that the amount and quality of restaurants
to be of a very high standard with very freindly staff
The hotel was very central to our travel needs and all
in all we found the rooms to be very reasonably priced
for a five star hotel" |

| "Plus Points:
1)Hotel is located in city centre & close to the airport.
2)Standard room is cozy & decorated nicely but good for only 2 or 3 people maximum, otherwise it's too crowded.
3)Hotel lobby is a good place for hanging out & enjoying a cup of coffee or desserts.
4)Wedding Hall of the hotel was 'Wonderful'.
5)Children & adults will enjoy the people especially if its located on the same floor as the room you're staying in since they can access the room easily through the balcony window.
Negative Points:
1)Although not overly distracting, if you hate the sound of planes then this hotel is not for you." |

| "I found my stay at the hotel excellent. The services were first class along with all the facilities available. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel for anyone wishing to visit Dubai. I would also mention the housekeeping personnel who in my opinion where first class throughout my stay." |
