| "Staff was friendly but lack communication skill if you speak english your in for a surprise. Very very expensive for the type of facility. Located in lower income area of town hence not at all recomended for families and business travelers. Be careful of hidden charges its will cost you more then your room. Clean rooms but no where near 4 star, I have travelled to many countries in north America, Europe and Asia I my opinion this hotel is a 1 1/2 stars. Avoid as much as you can make this hotel your last choice." |

| "Hi We found the staff very obliging in all aspects, ther could of been a few more milks/coffee/&/sugars/as there were only enough for two cups/no toaster /but other than that it was excellent,we are just waiting for our deposit to be returned into our account, yours sincerely russell lawson. " |

| "This hotel is convenient to the airport and certianly comfortable. I found the staff very helpful. The hotel is located above a small shopping centre, which enables guests to escape the blazing heat of the day if they need to buy a few items or have a meal. It must be noted that there are two hotels known as the "Al-Bustan Centre" and two different taxi drivers that I spoke to during my stay expressed some confusion over this. It's best to have a copy of the hotel's address or have the taxi driver call their phone number to confirm their location. " |

| "- very good location especially if you're on transit
- good value for money, quite pleasant place.
- soundproofing could be reviewed for the rooms above the nightclub (if you're tired, not much a problem)
- the staff was very good at the check-in. On the contrary, it was absolutely unefficient at the Checkout to find me a cab to go to the airport (It can be an issue).

| "If you need to use a kitchen, then you have to expect the kitchen smell all over the day. We did not use it, but the smell was there anyway. Our window was bloked for secutity reason, so no air exchange. We really soffered the smell. We asked to change the room but all rooms are with the same chitchen smell, because all air ducts are satured with this odours.
For a four star hotel it is not acceptable. Also the location is too far from the interesting areas. If you can invest more money I suggest to go to a five stars hotel and save your vacation." |

| "The hotel was in an excellent location close to the airport and in easy access of the city. Room was very clean and well equipped. However service can be improved though it did not bring down our verdict/opinion of the hotel. If I'm on a leisure trip to Dubai again, I could consider staying here again." |
