The Glenfalloch Woodland Gardens, is a fifteen minute drive from the heart of the Glenfalloch city. The setting of the garden is tranquil and the extensive range of fauna keeps you excited throughout the tour. This botanical heritage of New Zealand has a plethora of flower species along with native ferns, rhododendrons, azaleas, magnolias, fuchsias, oak, walnut, elm, horse chestnut, birch, English Beech , loads of native trees, showcasing 120 years of preservation and development of the garden.

Glenfalloch has been assessed as the "Garden of Significance" by the New Zealand Garden Trust. This garden is historic in nature and has been able to maintain its standard in respect of landscape, design, plant material, maintenance, safety and overall impression. While assessing the garden the quality was given priority as a result of which the tourists are assured to look around at the best garden in New Zealand.

The garden is a thirty acre woodland having wonderful walking tracks where you can roam about at your own will or can take a professional guide who would definitely enrich your experience with his valuable knowledge of the trees and flowers.

For being a part of the guided tours in the Glenfalloch Woodland Gardens, New Zealand, you have to be at the garden from 9 am to 4pm. These tours are usually pre arranged and therefore the tourists are suggested to book their timings beforehand.

The garden is open daily and the admittance fee is very reasonable. For a child you have to pay a mere $1 and for an adult it is $3.
