The elegant diving spot of Air Wall lies to the west of the beautiful island of Gili Air and has a maximum depth of 32meters. This coral block due to its delicate coral covering shines with a yellow-orange hue depending on the positioning of the sun. The coral block lies at an estimated height of 22meters thus rendering it to be a cleaner location for the shrimps to be found. This coral block is also home to a variety of other species of fishes like that of glasfishes, leaf fishes (scorpion fish), ghost pipefish, and white-banded cleaner shrimps and on taking a deeper look one can also encounter white tip reef sharks. This diving spot has the typical assets of a coral reef like hard and soft corals which attract more divers inclusive of nature lovers and tourists etc. Though unlike the other soft coral diving spots Air Wall renders strong current effects and offers a visibility of 10-20 meters approximately and divers are advised not to attempt diving here unless you are not experienced enough. Few other types of under water life forms that you can come across are Sweet lips Fishes, and Puffer Fishes.
