There are a total of 18 golf courses in Lombok that have made golf a major attraction
for tourists who visit the place. In addition to snorkeling and surfing golfing

Golf courses
The famous places in Lombok where you can enjoy playing a lovely stroke are
the Rinjani Golf County Club and Lombok Golf Course Kosaido County Club.
- Rinjani Golf County Club
The former is located in Peresak Village which is near to Narmada. It takes
a 30 minutes drive from Mataram to the golf course. On the other if you travel
from Senggigi which is 35 kilometers from the County Club, it takes some 10
or 15 minutes more than it requires traveling from Mataram. The 18- hole standard
Rinjani Golf Course is located at some 500metres above the sea level. Jack Nicklaus
is the architect of the golf course.
- Lombok Golf Kosaido County Club
The Lombok Golf Kosaido County Club is near about an hour journey Senggigi
and Mataram. The golf course is located in an excellent setting from where you
can have a distant view of the Gili Islands. The course was designed by Peter
Thompson, Michael Wolveridge & Perrett

Membership
Many golf courses take a nominal fee as their membership charge. If you are
not interested then are bound to pay the normal charges. There is also a provision
for corporate membership. If you are opting for this kind of membership no additional
investment is required while using the golf courses.
