Fiji is a country in the South Pacific Ocean. Ratu Sir Lal Sukana Day in Fiji celebrates the birth anniversary of its founding Father. Fiji is east of Vanuatu, west of Tonga and south of Tuvalu. He was born a Chief of the Bau Royal House, graduated from Oxford, served as a barrister in London, was a part of the French Foreign Legion in World War One and decorated for gallantry.
