I had chosen this hotel and booked a Deluxe room after looking at the rooms on the hotel's own website. It read that all Deluxe rooms comes with a bathtub. However, on my first day, I was allocated a room without a bathtub. Room was nice and location was okay (it overlooked the pool) but where was my bathtub?!?! I called the Reception and asked why I was given a Superior-liked room and was told that I was given a Deluxe room but the guest had to put in a request if they want a Deluxe room with a bathtub (What the...?!)
I requested for a change immediately but they had no rooms with a bathtub on my first day and I had to wait till the second day to change to a proper Deluxe-like room.
Thank god the receptionists were nice (or maybe they figured out that I am a BITCH) and gave me a nice Deluxe room on the first floor, about twenty steps away from the pool and of course with a bathtub.
Otherwise, service is pretty good (the receptionists actually remembers my room number during my four days at the resort), location is not too bad though it's a bit of a walk to the road where all the nightlife is.
I recommend this place if you are a couple seeking for some quiet, bonding moments.

| "Good location. Room is beautiful with bathtub. But the restaurant price is triple from the normal rate, specially the seafood. It cos us 100+ for jus 2 of us with 2 tiger prawn and soup. Overall room is nice. Location is great but will not eat in the Hotel's restaurant." |

| "Well located, close to everything. Room and facilities were all fine. Beautiful pools. We had problems with the airconditioner but desk staff arranged a change of room. Breakfast staff seemed fairly grumpy and unhelpful but all other staff seemed happy. Overall experience was enjoyable and good value and we would stay there again." |

| "I stayed in superior room for three nights. The swimming pool is good. The balcony in the room is very big. However the hotel has to improve the following matters:
(1) The bathroom is very horrible. It's like the one in the cheap hostel. The whole sitting area of the toilet and inside have yellow stains. You will feel scared to sit on it.
(2) The shower water is not warm enough to take shower.
(3) I could not adjust the temperature of the air-conditioner in the room. Actually there is a control penal next to the bed, but whatever you adjust, it would turn back to 27 degree. I woke up at midnight several times because of hot!!! The hotel staff had tried to repair, but it did not work!!
(4) Two lights could not totally turn off. They turned on and off continuously after I switched off them. The hotel staff came to teach me. There is a special sequence to turn off the light in the room!!!!
(5) I have called the reception for fixing the above problems, most of the time they came after 45 minutes!!!!

| "Check in staff was freindly. Was impressed by the breakfast as they have 2 cooking styles for the bacon (crispy of medium). Breakfast buffet spread was good, but staff need to be more attentive. Bathroom was a bit disappointing as the shower was weak and the drainage was slow. Drainage outside the room was bad because it rained in the night and the drianage pipe was dripping water all thru the night. Had a DVD player in the room so no complaints when it rained for the whole day as i bought some DVD's to watch in the room. Convenient location for the hotel but was located smacked in the middle of the 2 pools so in the night when walking back to the room it was pretty dark, more lightings needed along the pool (garden after dark hours. It would make the safer for all. Nice stay." |

| "Very nice pleasant location in the middle of Patong, which is a very seedy town and takes some getting used to. This hotel was a nice oasis. I really enjoyed the breakfast which was plentiful and they changed some items everyday. I stayed 5 days and the staff was excellent! Room was next to the pool which made it so convenient. Be prepared about Patong, however. Many street people and massage girls who always approach you for their business. Nothing bad, but just rather annoying after a while. Many nice restaurants near the hotel for good dining! Hotel was better than I expected! " |
