| "The rooms are dilapidated - practically nothing works. The bathroom dirty, the towels half torn and the breakfast in in no way edible.It's one of the worse, if not the worst, hotel I have stayed in in the last few years. It is not really a 4 Star, possibly it deserves one star, if at all, hotel. I would not recommend it to anybody.
However, thanks for the trouble you have taken. " |

| "We stayed at the Rooks Holiday Hotel in November 2005 and were pleased with the room, location and service. We had reserved two suites and were absolutely pleased. Only the couch in one of the rooms was a little work out and should be thrown out. Also to mention is the Hotels flexibility in adding an extra bed to the suite which only came with a queen size bed at no extra charge. The outside of the Hotel might need a little re-work or a paint job, but the suite was very nice. " |

| "Was there during the period 15 - 16 Jul 05. Not impressed with hotel. Lobby was not lit when I entered so I found it funny. A musty smell in the room. No toothbrush and toothpaste set provided. Expect flies to be your company during breakfast. I dared not touched the fruit as I saw at least 10 houseflies on the fruit. Took only tea and cooked-on-the-spot omelette.
On the whole, will not be staying there again." |
