| "We stay at the Mountain Inn And Resort Hotel 15 - 20 Dec. 2007. It was a very quiet place, no traffic noise and no loud music in the evening. In the reception it was not possible to change a 1000 THB note to smaller notes. There was no internet in the rooms and you could not use your own computer in the reception area, where there was computers you could rent. Inside the room there was no table, just 2 chairs." |

| "Somewhere between a hotel and a pension: an inn absolutely. Pleasant romantic atmosphre. The rooms and towels could be a little cleaner." |

| "We stayed at Mt Inn just prior to the Chinese New Year. Both night that we stayed we very noisy people fighting, screaming and loud music was playing. It was not possible to take even one shower as the hot water kept going off (inline heater) and the repair guy had to come and do something in the sealing to get it started again. After having shampoo on my hair and only freezing water..... I gave up. The location of the hotel is a little on the outside of town. They were nice about picking us up from the bus station and also taking us to the airport. Breakfast was good. Occ. had to wait for new coffee or tea. but they were quick to refill them. " |

| "We stayed at this hotel from Feb 17-20. Surprisingly, we were being picked up for free from the airport. The receptionists were friendly. Breakfast selection was below average. The location was within 5 minutes of walking distance from the night markets and restaurants. For the price we paid for (40 US a night), we could've gotten somewhere better, though." |

| "The room was rather basic for the price paid (you'd get better facilities, more modern furniture etc in Chiang Mai for example for the same money). It was clean and fairly spacious, but rather plain and lacking in any character.
Service was pleasant and efficient. We had a problem with the hot water and the hotel sent someone within minutes of my complaint. Problem was not totally solved - hot water was available only in the shower and not the bath, which was a little dissapointing.
Breakfast was a dissapointment as the buffet selection was very small. Service in the restaurant was OK, but not up to the standards of international hotel levels.
The general hotel ambience was acceptable. The internal garden setting was nice and gave a feeling of relaxation.
Hotel transfer to airport (which is only a 5-min drive away) was included and quite efficient.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I'd recommend this hotel for its location, general ambience and staff efficiency. But I'd also ask that the hotel improve on its breakfast spread, room decor and make hot water available for the bath.

| "We liked the nice room and good, friendly service as a family. However breakfast is very, very bad and should be for us the only reason not to come back! Because everything else is so positive, you do not expect such a dissapointment in the morning! Hope you will be able to improve this.
Best regards" |

| "Both the hotel and the room are great, in term of location, facilities and service. Buffet breakfast served are basic, but with enough for everyone." |
