Kindly be advised that The Fair House Beach Resort & Hotel, Samui has a plan to have a new Grand Deluxe Building. The New Building will be located on the left hand side of the Grand Deluxe Garden wing Building at the edge of property, close to the First Bungalow Resort and only some parts of accommodation compound will have a affect from construction. The Construction will be 8 months staring from April until December 2008, working hour starts from 09:00 - 17:00 hrs (Under construction law)
