"A large centrally located hotel with the night market right outside the front door. Staff pleasant and able to assist when asked. Swimming pool very well patronised at the end of a hot day, in fact crowded. Personally I prefer a smaller more personal hotel."

"Up to the Dusit standards in every respect. Not top of the line but a place for good service that is centrally located. Could not get any closer to the market. Service is excellent from front desk to lounge and dining room. Busy hotel in August, but no drop in the service quality because of this. My wife and I would certainly return to this hotel on future visits"

"Great location - Just walk out from the hotel and you can strat to shop in the night bazaar! Clean environment and nice hotel room. The breakfast is good and you need not spend money to have it outside. Swimming pool looks nice but I forgot to bring my swimming trunk. One thing is the reception working speed a bit slow comparing to other hotel. "

"Have stayed here several times with no problems at all. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Located in the middle of the of night bazaar. Excellent establishment"

"Royal Princess hotel is near to most night bazaars, fast food eateries and cafes. The rooms were great and clean (superior suite) and the staff were friendly and informative. The breakfast was pretty good too. I like the elevators, they were pretty fast with little waiting time. I would recommend this to families or couples if the budget allows."

"We felt disillusioned by the pictures. The room was very small and old. The location was good and close to the night market, but for the price paid it wasn't a great value. We did a tour that was recommended through the hotel and this tour was supposed to leave a picture CD at the front desk. When we called the front desk to ask them about it they didn't know anything. They told us they would e-mail us with the tour name, but have yet to do so and it's been almost two weeks. Overall we were not impressed with this hotel."

"Great location helpful staff."

"Had a fantastic stay - room was large and luxorious, the staff were very willing and helpful. Good food, both at breakfast and a la' cart. Fair sized swimming pool I lost my camera and the staff were great - one of them had found it, and handed it in - thanks!"

"The hotel, staff, location and services were good however, this is a very old hotel that needs a complete renovation. The sprinkler system on the floor that I was staying on was leaking in several places and could, in fact, signify a safety hazard. The rooms were adequate but certainly rundown as were the hallways. Strange but there were no chairs in the room that had a back to them ...only bench like seats. I would not select this hotel again unless there was a complete renovation of the entire sight."

"Nice room, but with a very depressing view to a back yard. The bath room was to small and with a very outdated look compared to the room, and appeared to have an lower standard. Nice breakfast buffet located at the ground floor with a good atmosphere. The staff was very forthcoming and helpful. The hotel is close to the airport approx. 20 min. away, and very close to the famous night market, in fact it's just outside the door. "
