"The hotel is clean and confortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. However, it is a little far from the main attractions and a little isolated. Since there is no public transport in Chiang Mai, the tuk-tuks and taxis take advantage of the situation and charge expensive fees (for Thailand). The location is the main inconvenient."

"The only proplem was the breakfast, there was no vatrity, poorley cooked,& the service, was not good. The resturant was the same & not enough english spoken. "

"There was a very intermittent and unreliable supply of hot water in the bathrooms that we found unpleasant. Other than that all was ok."

"A bit out of the way, but overall pretty good value for the money. "

"Pleasant staff, especially in restaurant& servicing rooms. Not much English spoken. Helpful hotel taxi, which I used quite a lot. Fairly long walk into centre of city, so I would say location is only drawback. Room was good, bed comfortable, and there was computer wifi access. Mainly asian/thai guests, with breakfast choice to suit (it did for me!)"

"I stayed this hotel 13-21,May,2006,but generally very bad! I did E-MAIL to this hotel about internet connecting to Lan cable in room, the answer is OK.But when I arrived at this hotel and asked it,but only wireless OK.And that, after the hotel staff went home about 11 p.m. I can't connect internet. And very poor the brealfast and many ants in the suggar pot and many tiny fly were in the fruits and some cockloaches were! Many thai business men were staying this hotel.I wouldn't recommend to foreighners."

"Value for money. Hotel still new in good cond. But poor sound proofing. You can hear noises from walk way and next room."
