| "I truly enjoyed the soothing atmosphere and beautiful decor, loved the menu and food - especially the breakfast options - plentiful and not as overwhelming/wasteful/disappointing as a buffet. A change of rooms was handled with great attitude and service. The nearby Oasis spa was phenomenal! My only disappointment was in not staying longer.
I strongly recommend this amazing hotel and a longer visit to Chiang Mai!

| "The most tranquil oasis from the hustle and bustle. Perfect for a quiet weekend. Restaurant disappointing and staff tried but did not really understand English too well. British resident Manager was there to overcome the language problems so could answer any questions we had thankfully.
A place to relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings." |

| "First, I didn't expect to get a suite! This villa that was described as a "room" had to be 1200 sq. ft!!! It had a large bedroom, a large bath and shower, a huge and beautiful living room, a small but efficient kitchen with no stove but a microwave oven, refer sink, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. The air conditioning system works archaically unless you ask for specific instructions. This was my biggest pieve with Rachamanka. By day 2 I had it figured out! The breakfast is good but the dinners are not, and are far overpriced as well. Stay away from the $40 Argentinian steak. It was terrible!!! Little english is spoken here. Overall a beautiful property, private, secluded and away from the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai. I would return again, absolutely!" |

| "The Rachamankha is a great, small (quiet), design-hotel at a perfect location in Chiang Mai. Perfect rooms, facilities and services. And a very good restaurant: great food and beautiful location (in/outside)." |

| "Very expensive for what you get.
The lack of soundproofing is extremely noticeable, with both external, other room and toilet noise easily audible. This was the biggest disappointment for such a top end hotel.
I always prefer a buffet breakfast, but this may not be possible due to small numbers.
However, the antiques are a complete joy." |
