| "Park Hotel was OK, not a bad choice if you want a pool. The room was OK, smelt slightly damp/musty. The Park is a long walk to the night market or Old Town areas but there was always a tuk-tuk outside and the trip only took 5 minutes and cost us between 30 and 40 Baht there and back.
The staff were not the greatest I've encountered, they weren't rude but weren't that helpful either!
The highlight of the Park is the pool which we used on a couple of occasions! " |

| "very comfortable and friendly hotel - food was well presented with adequate selection and happy hour 4-7pm should have been patronized more as drinks were very cheap. bit of a walk to night markets in same street but tuk tuks were also cheap. would certainly recommend.+-" |

| "The hotel is located in a quiet place and suitable for person who likes a peaceful and tranquil environment. I would like to suggest to improve the communication facilities by providing internet connection inside the room. Also, think it would be a big help to tghe guestgs if tghe hotel will make available some brochure regarding tourist spots, events and other information about the city and its sorroundings." |

| "We stay for 2 nights during the Songkran festival, transport to town is easy, just 8 min by red taxi, air condition is cold enough, breakfast is VERY GOOD, front desk is helpful, swimming pool is small more for kids, I would recommend you to stay at Park. " |

| "Overall we loved the Park Hotel - we were ready for a western-style hotel after 6 weeks on the road. We had the good luck to get a corner room with views, which was the largest room we stayed in in SE Asia by far, and was probably the best value as well. However, the incidentals add up (we were charged for ice!) The location is not centrally located, but is a short tuk-tuk ride away from central Chiang Mai. However, beware of the tuk-tuk drivers who linger right next to the hotel as they have a cartel of sorts and will all overcharge you. You can get a much cheaper tuk-tuk if you just start walking towards the center of town. The rooftop pool is fabulous and the room service menu is decent. The buffet breakfast is also top-notch. The Park is a great place to stay if you are looking for the comforts of a western hotel. " |

| "We loved the location in that it was a 5 minute tuk-tuk ride from the night market. The room size was adequate as well as the bathroom. It was very, very clean. The only disappointments we experienced were with a stained bedspread, which was changed for us, poor lighting in the room at night, and the people at the front desk were not very friendly. They never seemed to look up or meet you eye to eye as you walked through the lobby. Their general attitude was that they could not be bothered. This was a drastic change in hospitality from our 8 night stay at the Majestic Grande in Bangkok. The least desireable aspect of the Park is the breakfast buffet. We found the food to be over cooked, if not stale at times. Of all the services, the food was the most disappointing. On a scale of 1 to 5, over a 5 night stay, I would rate the food about a 2. This hotel seems to cater to tour groups. We noticed on the days that the tour buses brought in hords of people the food was at least hot and fresh." |
