| "the staff and room were good, the internet services were poor, only one computer was working and that was often slow.
the breakfast needs to be fresh and delicious, which was not the case:however dining room staff service was excellent.

| "This hotel is great. We travelled as two families with 5 teenager boys this was perfect for us. The breakfast was really good-lots of choice and lots of food. We couldn't fault the hotel service. The staff at the front counter were more than helpful as we did ask many questions and they were keen to help and give advice. The traffic guard was an amazing guy- we loved his enthusatic approach to work. We would definately stay here again. This hotel is good for those who want to stay close to the night markets and in the city. " |

| "Nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Disappointing thasa wifi is not in the room, but only at reception area. Room ok, but relatively small to our opinion. Breakfast by far the most disappointing we have had during our 9 weeks of holidays on hotels like this. Poor made (seemed as yesterdays news) and with very little variation over the days we spend there. Depending on how important the breakfast is, you could consider other hotels instead." |

| "This a really nice and comfortable hotel. There's this one particular sales manager called me by name everytime he saw me at the lobby. That was a nice gesture. Room is nice and clean but the layout's a bit unusual. 15 minute walk to the night bazaar and a convinient store next door. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

| "we rent 3 deluxe terrace, which is spacious, similar as studio apartment. The living room is just nice and able to sit in 10 persons for gathering. Too bad there has no lift and the breakfast has not mch choice, however, overall the hotel is good. very near to night bazaar,by 5-10mins walking distance." |

| "Due to the hot weather I have missed some sun protection (umbrellas ) at the swimming pool.
It is not very nice to lie directly beside the pool without any sun protection.
But I will recommend this hotel , it was a nice stay." |

| "We loved this hotel, from the spacious, well-decorated lobby area, to the comfortable, bright room, with the biggest bed we have ever seen. We stayed in the main building, and couldn't be happier. Breakfast was more than adequate, with Western and local choices, and attentive service. There are 5 free internet machines for guest use, as well. We used their handy shuttle service to the airport. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance to the night market, and also the weekend Walking Street markets. We recommend this lovely hotel to all." |

| "It was adequate for our needs - we had initially booked a deluxe room but with a small child there was not enough room so we upgraded to the suite room. My problem with the suite room was that it was just one very big room with plenty of space but no way of allowing our child to have his own space and privacy...we had stayed in a 1 brm apartment in Bangkok and this had been a perfect set up. Our families sleeping needs differ so it did not accomodate this very well. In retrospect I would have paid for two rooms - hopefully adjoining.
As for the cleanliness it was fine and the bathroom was good. Staff were friendly and courteous.
I was not overly impressed with the location however and most tuk tuk drivers or red cab drivers did not seem to know the hotel very well. It was a little out of the way on a busy road -though it was easy enough to walk to the night markets - though the roads were dark later at night. I would have been happier in a hotel closer to the centre of town or in the old city.
I would also suggest that breakfast be improved - sometimes the food was old in the bain maries and fruit was limited often to watermelon and occasionally pineapple. I think it would be great to expand the breakfast a little.
In a nutshell - it was adequate but not near perfect and did not provide an iron & ironing board which is a must if you ask me!
THanks to the staff for their service and hospitality - I regret I will not be staying there again.
Regards
Angela " |

| "The room was advertised as a special deal in a great hotel. We visit Chiang Mai regularly, but so far this was the least of places we stayed. The room was ok, but breakfast pretty poor in terms of choice (for a country with so many fresh fruits, the choice offered during breakfast was pathetic). The swimming pool - always an item we select hotels on - is very small and poorly located, having no sun for a fair part of the day. As a result the water was pretty cold. In sum, for the same amount of money you can get better hotels in Chiang Mai! " |
