"Overall the stay is truly value-for-money. I noticed that 1) The entrance to the hotel is not obvious, and the fact that there are two separate hotels on both wings can confuses the first time guest! 2) The reception staff was friendly and helpful 3) There was no hotel car available, private transport had to be arranged with the Concierge 4) Hotel is located within a shopping mall, very good access to shopping and foreign exchange 5) Breakfast is pretty impressive, but it is located in the other hotel wing.... "Everything was great-professional and courteous. Get in for breakfast early though. One morning we had breakfast at 9.00 and no milk and a number of regular dishes were gone. Pool and views are the best. Close to everything and would be back in a flash. "

"The location is a little far from down. The rout from room to exit of hotel is complex to find."

"I am overall very satisfied for my stay of 4 nights in Chiang Mai. Customer service is good, but language indeed is a problem. Service staff are friendly and nice. One word of advice, Patience. I took up the Deluxe Room facing Doi Suthep. Nice view and spacious. Room can be a little dusty. I enjoy taking my bubble bath. One disappointment is the floor does not have sink. End up overflowing water from bathtube came out of the bathroom and wet carpet flooring. Nice location. A lot of food stalls and restaurants. You do not have to worry about getting what you need in Chiang Mai. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time. Another advice, arrange transfer with hotel from Chiang Mai Airport to Hotel, 50Baht per person."

" WE had a very enjoyable stay at your Hotel we loved riding up and down to our room in the glass lift. Your staff were very friendly and extemely helpful. My only suggestion is maybe you could look at including a little more European foods in your breakfast buffet ie Yoghurt breafast cereals and a better variety of fresh fruit for the people wanting a more healthy option other wise every thing else was great and very food value for money "

"The lighting in corridor and lift lobby too dim for comfort. Breakfast selections is generally good. Service is a bit slow and language can be of an issue. Hotel lack good entertainment for relaxation Recommend guests to bring their own personal bath towels as the white towel look more blackish than white. "

"This hotel was great value for money for me. The location was ideal as I wanted to be in close proximity to Ram Hospital. The older wing that I was in is 'tired' but still acceptable. The rooms are huge and are serviced daily. My only criticism is the cockroaches in the bathroom!"

"Pay a little extra (USD10/night) to book the Deluxe Room. You won't regret for sure as the room is huge & comfortable (King size bed).Guess I m lucky to have swimming pool view room. Breakfast is okay. Main Lobby is grand & huge. Hotel is next to Big Shopping Mall. Also provide free shuttle to Night Bazar (one way) every evening at 7pm & 8pm. If you book the Superior Room, main lobby is not the same. Lastly, once arrive in airport, take the legal cab/taxi & it costs only 120bath - fix rate. The journey is around 15minutes ("

"A very pleasant, friendly place to stay. Especially nice when you have a room with a forested mountain view of Doi Suthep. Close to shops, large swimming pool (can swim laps), rooms with nice alcove, free night shuttle bus to more busy tourist area around night bazaar, very reasonable transfer fee (50 Baht) to airport. Would recommend if you are not after real fancy upmarket. "
