| "One of my girlfriends and I stayed for a few days in superior room but we enjoy making our own tea in the mornings and evenings and found we upgraded to deluxe room to get those services. On returning from travelling elsewhere the superior room aircon and hot water were not workng but one phonecall to front desk and the problems were corrected.
Great area close to markets and shops, great to cool off in the pool, and the rates are very reasonable. We mainly only ate breaky there which was very fresh and tasty.
Staff were very helpful on different matters, maybe some brochures on chiangmai would be helpful. I would stay again in the deluxe room on returning." |

| "A good budget hotel in excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good but could do with more variety. Bathroom is extremely small and really that is my only criticism as the price is excellent. Housekeeping was excellent with complimentary water daily and plenty of clean linen. Loved the location and would definitely stay here on our next trip. " |

| "We enjoyed our stay at Downtown Inn. I was there with my 8 month old baby, my husband and my parents. The staffs we very friendly and helpful. They helped me prepare my baby food.
Very good location and very convenient as the night bazaar was just few minutes walk from the hotel.
Will look recommend and look forward to stay there in the future.
