| "Fantastic hotel with nice and large swimming pool. Good breakfast and located next door to shopping center with some good restaurants. Free service to bring to and return from night market. Excellent located for a trip to Wat Doi Suthep and close to the airport. Also a very nice massage salon is available. " |

| "They are presently upgrading their elevators. Hopefully they do the same with their rooms as well in the near future. If you want to stay close to Central Shopping Mall it is unbeatable but if you want to visit the night-market choose another location." |

| "Top hotel great location,very good service,big rooms.The pool was exellent,food was good.Shopping centre next door,great food there and every thing else you want.Chiang mai is a very very nice place.the people were great." |

| "Although we enjoyed the stay at the Orchid we found the rooms to be very dark and dated. Could not use the pool as it was full of dead insects. When visiting Chiang Mai next time we would probably look for a more modern hotel. " |

| "Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my girl friend, we had a very good time here, the bar was good, with very good service, even had a band playing Thai and English music. The reception was very friendly and they could speak English quite well.
All the other staff were very friendly.
The breakfast was fine, the Western breakfast could have been better but that is only a minor complaint.
Will stay at this hotel again in the near future." |

| "We chose a Deluxe room, but felt that we had what we would consider to be a Standard. Would probably stay here again, though would upgrade from Deluxe. Otherwise a very nice hotel.
Lobby area was a nice place to meet friends, and the young lady playing the xylophone type instrument each evening was a lovely touch." |

| "My wife and I had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay at the Chiang Mai Orchid. The staff were very accomodating and very professional. Their service was timely and exceeded expectations. The rooms are of a good size and clean. There is a gym and swiming pool.The Chinese and Western restaurant provide excellent food.The public areas are comfortable and the location is good. The hotel is next to a major shopping centre .Opposite the hotel there is a good Korean restaurant (Must try).Overall I think the hotel is good value for money and the hotel has much to recommend it. Cheers
