| "Very Nice Hotel situated in a good position just along the Chaiang Mai perimeter, very comfortable if you want to visit all the town.
Inside the hotel there is an Internet Point and a travel office if you want to plan some trips around .
The service is very efficient , there is a taxi service to the near airport very cheap and efficient.
The room was really nice in old style, not too big but perfectly clean and furnished.
Bathroom very clean .
Recommended for everyone, note that every taxi driver and Tuk Tuk driver we used knew the location of this hotel without maps." |

| "The service at the hotel is very good. The employees are very friendly. There is a nice pool, a bar and the possibility to have a massage. The rooms on the new wings are very nice! The bathroom is a little bit dark but the room looks very nice. The restaurant in the hotel is not that good. They don't speak englisch very good. The food is not good, not bad. The location is not in the centrum. You have to take a cab to go somewhere. There's not much to do in de street where the hotel is, it's really quit. But we had a good stay in this hotel!! " |

| "we were not provided with the DELUXE NEW WING ROOM as we paid for and booked. we were given a room in the old wing of the hotel and it was also far too small and the air conditioner was not operating correctly. bathroom poor also. we would not stay there again as a family. there is far far better value at other better hotels such as royal princess." |
