"Great place, we will stay again. We booked a leisure room and were upgraded to the youth room which had three massive beds. Decor of room and hotel takes your breath away, beautiful and awesome atmosphere, service is just as good, very attentive, friendly staff. We were on honemoon and stayed there just 1 night before we flew back home to Melb, it was a great way to end our trip. Pretty easy to find from International airport. Just be mindful that the resaurant had a dress code and we were rejected because I didn't have heels (ladies must wear heals to eat there)as we had come from the islands, we didn't have any flash clothes. Still loved it though. Will stay again for sure. Loved it!"

"The location of this hotel is great being so close to all the local amenities to get around the city easily. The rooms on the eastern side of the hotel are a bit noisy with the traffic and the monorail being at your door so if you looking at staying here make sure you are on the western side preferably at the southern end of the building if you are fussy about noise levels. We had a great room and the facilities provided are first class and the design and interior of the hotel are just a little different from your normal hotel. The pool is something to behold with its city skyline backdrop. The staff are very helpful and friendly and cannot do enough for you.Our only small complaint of the room was there was a odour coming from the bathroom which we reported to the hotel for rectification. Overall though a great place to stay. "

"If you choose to stay here, bring a jumper - has to be the coldest hotel in Bangkok. Although pre-warned of our early arrival, we still had to wait 90 minutes for the room to be made ready -not great when you have travelled twelve hours through the night. The pool is very small and the number of sun loungers inadequate for the size of the hotel. Staff were very friendly though and I really liked the personal touch on check-in - taken to a desk rather than standing at a counter. Wouldn't stay here again, although the location is great for Siam Square, MBK, Paragon etc."

"Perfect stay!"

"Overall we were very impressed by this hotel. We stayed in a Biz level room - plenty of space and amenities with an unusual sliding door/ window to the bathroom directly off the room. Decor was unusual but we were surprised that we liked it, although it is mainly concreted, there is also plenty of colour (mainly orange) to liven it up. Everything is new and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the free access to the Biz lounge (the extra for the Biz level room was worth it to us) where we had breakfast each day and drinks and canapes each evening - with great views over the city from a height. Also the pool is amazing. Staff were extremely attentive, friendly and helpful - with no issues with communication/ language. We were a little disappointed by the requirement for ladies to wear heels if using the new rooftop restaurant, but there are other restaurant options, including the bar - of which we partook and enjoyed. a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend.
