| "Very large; impressive hotel with lots of entertainment; recreational facilities.
Would definitely stay if not for the location being a bit far from downtown.
Overall satisfied." |

| "This hotel is primarily for business people and for seminars, conferences etc.Located close to Don Mueang Airport so very good for employees of discount airlines but long distance from Suvarnabhumi and local bus trip needed to nearest BTS skytrain or MRT.Hotel has free taxi service to public transport, but not frequent enough.
English knowlege of contact staff needs improvement. Can cause misunderstandings and unnecessary confusion.
Internet price of 300 Baht per hour is usurous!Inflexible for later checkout, which caused me a long wait at the airport, the second time I checked out.
Didn't enjoy evening meal there,as staff watched me like a hawk.Breakfast good for quantity and quality.
Stay closer to new airport next time,to have faster access to tourist sites." |

| "We had to take a flight from the old airport to Krabi the day after and that is the main reason why we stayed there. The people at the reception desk were not nice, we felt more a number rather than a guest. My husband got food poisoned in the Japanese restaurant of the hotel and the breakfast was awful. Bangkok has much better hotel for same rates and we will not come back to the Rama Gardens. " |

| "It was a very comfortable stay. More formal than I might have liked. The only draw back is its distance from the City of Bangkok and the International airport.

| "The deluxe rooms in the new wing are really amazing for the price : they are tastly designed, very comfortable and have huge bathroom with shower and bath. Don't hesitate to book them instead of standard rooms which are quite basic (difference is around 20 euros)
This hotel is perfect if you have an overnight transfer at Don Muang airport." |

| "Having been to thailand previously, travelling with my english partner and 10yr old, this has to be bangkok's best kept secret. Fabulous hotel, set in big grounds. You would not think you were in the middle of the city, surrounded by highways. Our only niggle was, checking-in which was a bit difficult due to a trainee receptionist (one of four and we got the trainee!). Great for families, many bars and restaurants to try - good price's. 2 fantastic swimming pools, 1 with a pool bar. Want a snack here, try the pizza - our boy thought this was the best he had ever eaten! Try the small cake stall inside the hotel, cheap and beautiful." |

| "The hotel is absoulutly fabulous, but we did have a problem at checkin it took us 45 minutes and 2 other customers who arrived after us were checked in before us, But once that was over we can must give the rest of our stay 10 out of 10." |

| "Really nice hotel and good value for money. Close to Don Meung (sp?) airport (only 10 mins on a Sat morning!). Best thing was they had a free transfer service to the airport which was really good. the thai restaurant is to be avoided as the food was terrible and overpriced, the service was also very slow and the ambience was like being stuck in a big boardroom! At least the beers were flowing so we could see the funny side of it all (at least until the bill came for 2000 baht for 3 of us! - which I thought was way over the top)." |
