| "Location quite away from town who want to visit bangkok for shopping. Most taxi driver refused to go there and difficult to get a taxi out to town in the evening. But by river taxi is much more convenient and only 10baht but it closed at 8pm. The hotel is big and room are clean.

"I've been there in April and August. Once in a superior room and then in a deluxe room that is much bigger and cosier. The location is good if youe like markets and people that are cooking in the street. just 10 min of taxi (so many near the hotel) to khaosan. The staff are polite and helpful. The breakfast is great !!"

"This hotel was good although we didn't have a mini bar in our fridge which we were expecting. Room was very clean and suited us, a group of two adults and two children perfectly. Didn't like the location in Bangkok though."

"after getting to my room i wanted a coffee, there was no milk or sugar and when i call to get some it never arrived..Staff are always trying to please but if you dont get a recpit for things during your stay they will try to make you pay again. Bottels of water are not to be taken from room (not even to take to breakfast) or you have to pay for them. airport transfure was late, it turned out he was sitting on the other side of hotel as there is a few entrys, the hotel staff called the company but didnt have any clue that the driver was at the other entry."

"WE stayed in this hotel for one night and it was a fantastic hotel on a very grane scale. Reception staff were rude on arrival and departure. The rest of the hotel staff were friendly and helped with restaurant choices and how to get around Bangkok. We were told hotel transfer was included but whilst checking out the rude receptionist asked us for 1000BAHT to get a limo. After much debate over the word transfer being inclusive we left the hotel and managed to barter for our own taxi. We also wanted to visit the hotel Sky Bar and Karaoke but this was closed for a private party.!!! Overall a very nice hotel in a decent location, shame the staff let it down"

"The hotel was very big. Too big and not logical. Because most of the lights were out during the evening we felt like Jack Nicholson in The Shining walking around in the large lobby of the hotel. Not a pleasant feeling. "
