| "The hotel has remodeled the lobby area since my last visit, prices have increased from from $US26 to US47 per room, with no improvement in the rooms. Part of increase was due to the weak US dollar, other was management directed. Web site has Contact link to the hotel that does not work. I discussed with manager and staff several time. Still not working. Hotel has email addr but not listed on website. Phone #s listed are correct. " |

| "I have stayed at the Pinnacle Lumpinee hotel many times. The fact that I keep returning is an indication that I am quite pleased with this place. Not a five star hotel, but convenient, clean and the prices are still reasonable, though much higher than they were, until as recently as last year.
This time the surprise was the elegant new lobby and dining room. Also, the multiple staff at check-in was time saving. (However, as in the past, the lobby reception staff varied in attitude. Sometimes very warm, sometimes not interested in helping the guest.)
The breakfast has not changed over the years. It is always good value, but maybe some new items on the breakfast tables would be welcome.
Porter and taxi services remain commendable. Overall still a good medium-range Bangkok hotel. Just make sure you book a deluxe room, and that it's on a floor higher than the 10th.

| "As good as ever - and it still represents good value for money. I note, however, that they will increase their room rates this month, and the increase seemed quite steep to me. So, depending on the rate that you can get on AsiaRooms, Pinnacle Lumpinee may no longer be such good value.
I don't understand the putting in of a swimming pool on the roof given the room restrictions. Never saw a person use it once. The idea of a rooftop bar is a good one, but in the four times I checked, no-one was staffing it, so I went elsewhere." |

| "When I first arrived in the hotel it looked very nice and they where very friendly to me and my boyfriend.
The only time they where friendly was with check-in and check-out. The rooms where very small and even with the sign 'Do not disturb', houskeeping called me every morning.
The hotel has a nice swimming pool and is very good located.
For me the hotel is to expencive for what you get." |

| "Every time i go back to Bangkok I always stay at Pinnacle. Its strategically near to all places to go. Walking distance to Suan Lum Night Bazaar, Chatuchak is just a train away, taking a taxi Malls like Siam Paragon, Discovery & MBK are just 15mins away, and lastly 10-15mns away from Silom. What I like most is every time go back to Pinnacle there's a renovation in the place and keeps on improving their facilites. Overall they service and facilities is more than your money's worth." |
