| "This is our second stay at Novotel and still find this a great hotel in a good location to the BTS, great value for money. Breakfast is still good but not as much choice as previously, some of the items where a little bit cold too." |

| "we use to stay here b4 and it was very good the breackfast was the was the best ? but now it has gone very down they got our booking wrong they ? so while they fix that up we went to have breckfast it was not the same very poor then we went to pay and they said that it was free becuse of the mix up we said lucky because it was NOT good . the rooms are old and smell bad too . the next day when we checked out we had the bill for the breckfast we were shocked the manger who told it was for free came out and said no it was a mistake ?????and we had to pay for it funny they make the mistakes and we pay another good way to make extra money ? be careful and keep ur eyes open for mistakes that will alway cost you here.welcome to thailand" |

| "We have stayed at the Novotel for several trips. The quality of the breakfast is declining and the price continues to rise. The location near the BTS stop and the Emporium is very nice, but no longer worth the price." |

| "I went with my wife and teenage daughters. We got adjoining rooms as requested and the rooms were clean and service was good. Overall the staff were ok but the reception could improve in being more helpful. We had to ask questions before we got answers.It would have been nicer if they could explain to us regarding breakfast venue and times for example rather than waiting for us to ask a few hours after checking in. The location is good and easily accessible by all modes of transportation though the surrounding night life makes it a little unsuitable for families with small children. Otherwise we had a good stay in the hotel. We would most probably choose the hotel again during our next visit." |

| "The hotel was centrally located for a first time visitor like myself. Staff were helpful, and there was no problem with them understanding Australian! Being in a side street there was no noise, but the view from my 30th floor room was not brilliant. Would stay there again!" |
