| "It is a shame that Asia Rooms tried to book us in to other of the Grand Mecure hotels in Bangkok. The hotel were very helpful sorting out asia room's mess!
Shame that no free internet in the hotel or wi-fi. " |

| "the staff were good and helpful but the rooms let the hotel down it looks good downstairs but the rooms the one we were in was dark and dingy and tierd it had just been redone but on the cheap nothing better than clean i paid £40 a night and i think that was overpriced " |

| "First of all the staff at the counter is good and polite. mainly my concern is the room and facilities.
The room is too small, airconditional not cold enough in the afternoon. bathroom too small. distance away from BTS station. Breakfast is good, and the italy restaurant located at the lobby call VivaVino has great Pizza and good pasta." |
