| "I hate to whine but I'd really hoped that this small 'groovy' hotel would be a good place to stay and pre-booked two visits and stayed in two types of rooms. Unfortunately it had a range of faults - failed internet connection, no toilet paper (I had to ask more than once), faulty TV reception, a poorly designed bathroom in one room, sporadic hotel tuk-tuk trips to the main road, and my neighbor's room service meal was left in the hallway for an unusually long period of time. Perhaps the biggest disadvantage was the lack of hot water. After saying that the technician would fix it reception eventually admitted that it was always stuffed. For this type of money this wouldn't happen in their competitor's hotels.

"I really enjoyed my stay at the CitiChic! I will be back! The room was ultra modern but still warm. I had a really nice view of the city. I enjoyed the roof top pool and workout facilities. The staff was very nice and helpful as well as great food in the restraunt. The hotel was a bit of a way from Sukhimvit road but it was also nice and quiet. The hotel offers a free tuk tuk to take you to the main roads. All in all a great stay!!"

"This was my third stay, and I'm very pleased overall, especially with the service from the bellboys and the security guy. Breakfast is a bit boring limited to it's varity without buffe. On the other hand, I will most likely return next during my next BKK visit."

"What a great little hotel. Service was excellent & certainly good value for money. The bedroom had large plasma TV & nicely appointed in contemporary style. A nice bathroom - with both shower & bathtub - love the sliding panel on the bedroom side that you can slide across & look directly into the bathroom - kinky stuff - loved it. I stayed in this hotel on 2 seperate occasions a couple of weeks apart & in 2 different rooms. During the second stay, I noticed a slight foul smell coming from the bathroom so had to keep the door closed. Pool was small but okay, internet was free which was great, the breakfast was decent - not buffet but certainly adequate. The location was a few hundred metres from Sukhumvit road - the hotel has a tuk tuk shuttle which will drop you off at Sukhumvit road at anytime you desire however you have to walk back along Soi 13 - just be careful of the traffic as there is not much of a footpath. I'd stay at this hotel again - it is good value."

"Front desk staffs very helpful. They help me a lot. Such like to do the booking for massage and arrange tuk tuk to pick us up back after our massage at 12mn. To call our local tour agent for earlier pick up to airport on Sept 2, when the government declared a state of emergency in Bangkok. We have only two comments. Firstly, the water heater is not working well, we have no hot water for shower during our stay. We have only American and Continental breakfasts. Though the food taste good but it's bored when we have eaten it for 4 days. The location is convenient. We can easily find a place for eating, entertainment, shopping and massage. "

"Front desk staffs are very helpful. They help us a lot. Such like to do spa booking for us at late night and arrange tuk tuk to pick us up back to hotel at 12mn. Impressed! On Sept 2, we suppose to leave the hotel and go to the airport by 11am, but we decided to leave earlier as the government declared a state of emergency in the capital. We assumed we will be safer in the airport:) The front desk staff was very helpful. He helped me to call my local tour agent and asked for earlier pick up. We have only two comments. First, the water heater was not working well. We can't get hot water for shower. Second, we have only American and Continental breakfasts. Though the food taste good but it's bored when we have eaten for 4 days. "

"Overall i have a wonderful stay but for some facilities they might need to improve. I am staying at 104 and my family menber is taking 103. They experience power failure during night time which is VERY inconvenient resulting in changing room; the water boiler was spoilt when they first check in. As for the room i am staying, the water heater was working well during the day time was totally opposite in the night time. i have to sacifice my bubble bath for a night!!! The rooms that i have book for my trip was the suite, non-smokers pls don't take. The service staffs was very polite and they are always available. The breakfast was not bad. Afterall, i would recommend my friends to that hotel again for its hotel design and friendly staffs even though i meet with some unfortunate. i believe they will improve after our FEEDBACK to the manager."
