| "I find this hotel of great value. Although not of the same quality as of the other hotels I have stayed at in Bangkok, price was great and location was suitable for shopping. Although it does look chaotic when you get in (lobby is at the 5th floor), it is quite sound and you get a sense of being safe once you are upstairs. For me it is once of those niche hotels - I would recommend this hotel if you want to do lots of shopping and wandering around on a typical Bangkok weekend but not if you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle." |

| "Staffs were friendly and approachable. Rooms were spacious but looks "old". Had problem in the bathroom when showering as the water temperature "fluctuate", just can't seems to adjust it to the right temperature. " |

| "This hotel is definitely good in value for money. The room is very spacious and would be even nicer if the bathroom could get a face lift. The location is good for shopping however a bit far to walk if you want to catch BTS to other places. TV reception wasn't great and can only receive a few English channels. Breakfast is resonable with a great view from the 43rd floor. Recommend to take a few steps walk to it's sister hotel - Baiyoke Sky for the buffet dinner and observation deck. " |

| "Location is great. 7 mins walk to platinum Mall. 15 mins walk to Zen. check out the massage parlour near baiyoke SKY hotel. 180baht per hour. ask for discount if you have more than 4 persons.
Rooms have a stale smell but bearable.
curtains in rooms cannot fully block out the sun. therefore you will be woken up in the morning by the sunshine.
complimentary late checkout till 2pm.

| "The hotel is excellently located with easy access to the night market and Pantip Plaza. The rooms are spacious and clean but they are rather 'tired' and in need of some tlc. Tea and coffee making facilities are available but there is no cutlery or crockery etc. Basic equipment and a toaster and microwave would greatly add to the comfort (and expense) of staying here." |

| "The rooms were very tired looking needs renovating, we had a separate lounge room which was fairly large but a kitchen that was not in use No TV in bedroom
Lobby on 5th floor not inviting place
The staff were very pleasant
Coffee shop & room service was cheap compared to other hotel

| "Greatlocation with best markets in Bangkok right out-side the main door.
Lovely spacious & clean rooms...Facilities excellent as well as the service...
The only draw-back was, there was no public transport nearby...The train station was a good 15 minute walk away so taxis were the order of the day....Fantastic views of Bangkok from the Restaurant on the 43rd floor.
Great hotel for all travellers and excellent value for money....
I would definately stay in this hotel again....
