The hotel is well located among some big shopping malls e.g. Central World, Isetan, Zen, Gaysorn, Siam Paragon, Big C, Pratunum, MBk, etc. You can literally shop till you drop. The staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is spoilt for choice. On the whole I had a satisfactory stay in Arnoma.
The negative side is that the hotel should overhaul the bathroom. Instead of climbing in and out of the bathtub for a shower, just provide a shower booth - (It will reduce the danger of falling while going in and out of the "high" bathtub).

| "Our stay at this hotel thankfully was very brief in the number of days we stayed and also because we preferred to spend our time outside. Very rude staff. Took them half an hour to get us checked in. Maybe they are not net savvy as my booking was via the net and they had problems understanding that. Room had amenities for just one person inspite of it being a double occupancy room. Breakfast service was dismal. You had to get up to get your own coffee or tea. I could see a lot of people having to do that. Ofcourse, it would happen if you have three service staff in a restaurant of 100 covers. Food quality though was very good. We had ordered for Phad Kra Praw from Room Service which was outstanding. Have left a Suggestion Form at the Reception detailing my greviances. Have not received any reply as yet, which I had incidently expected. On the whole would not suggest to travellers who don't have to stay very central, which is this hotel's plus point." |

| "Perfect place if you like to stay in close proximity to town area where the shopping paradise is located. When we arrive, we have to wait for a room with king size bed even though we have indicated much earlier in our online booking. That said, this small drawback is miniscule given that the service is excellent.
In fact, my wifey got a birthday surprise from the hotel. Will not elaborate here to spoilt the mood. : )" |

| "The location is still the best for shopping in Bangkok city.
I am very pleased that the hotel done some simple renovation of the rooms, I see the bathroom is done up and the room tables and fitting. The security at the lobby is always very friendly and attentive, the chambermaids are very efficient. I request for the room to be clean quickly as I will be back in 2 hours to rest, it was nicely done when I return. Laundry service is reasonable price, which is helpful as I need not bring to many cloths.
I have also stay in Arnoma each time I visit Bangkok, the location is great as it safe you time for traveling as the traffic in Bangkok can be very bad at peak hours. Food is easy to find when the hotel is just opposite Zen central mall, with more than 50 restaurants to choose from. From Japanese food to Sizzler Steaks. The hotel is at the centre of Patuman shopping area, Zen and the Four faced Buddha temple and Sky train. The hotel is very easily accessibility. Easy to get Taxi when check out to go airport; only about 300baht.
Even though this is not a brand new hotel, but it location and the warm of the staff give this hotel a plus point.
I will be coming again on Jan and April 2009.
