| "Only thining i had to say Barthroom no toothbrush ,toothpaste ,comb and hotel guest shoe .
Service is very goog especially the boy outside the mian door who alawys help you to get a taxi and give me some information, this is a first time in Bangkok i love it very soon will come back again with my family . " |

| "We have previously stayed in Arnoma and the location is centrally located for upscale shoppers and diners who can hop from shop to shop on foot. The buffet breakfast is a gastronomical feast in itself and the staff are very courteous and polite. Definitely coming back." |

| "Is a great pleasure to stay at Arnoma Hotel. The room is clean and big for 2 people. The staff at the counter is extremely friendly. The hotel is centrally located with big shopping area around. Is a wonderful experience to stay at Arnoma. We will definelty staying at the hotel again." |

| "The hotel is well located among some big shopping malls e.g. Central World, Isetan, Zen, Gaysorn, Siam Paragon, Big C, Pratunum, MBk, etc. You can literally shop till you drop. The staff in the hotel is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is spoilt for choice. On the whole I had a satisfactory stay in Arnoma.
The negative side is that the hotel should overhaul the bathroom. Instead of climbing in and out of the bathtub for a shower, just provide a shower booth - (It will reduce the danger of falling while going in and out of the "high" bathtub)." |

| "Location is excellent & hotel staff are courteous but rooms are a little rundown & no variation on (buffet) breakfast selections...
In my opinion, more training is required for front desk officers... some of the tourist informations given were wrong & the lady who checked us in made many mistakes eg. allocated wrong room & wrong check out date etc. However, overall its still a good hotel to stay.

| "We had enjoyed our stay although it's a rushing trip and we sincerely like to extend our appreciation to Ms Chintana. She was a great help to us and hope that her dog is much better now. We can feel the warmth and friendliness from her. Overall, Arnoma is not a place to stay, location is good, food not bad, staffs are polite and helpful. " |

| "Excellent location.
The hotel is a little bit old ( room furnitures & bathrooms need to be renovated ).
The staffs are exellent. Very polite and serving.
We stayed 5 nights ( the breakfast was the same every day ). Maybe have two variations / week.
We had to live for the airpot at 3.30 in the morning. They provided us with breakfast box. Excellent.

| "Overall a good place to stay. Bang in the center of town. However, if you prefer something quieter, opt for other areas.
The rooms are nice but if you are a family with kids, opt for the deluxe room. The superior room is not big enough and doesn't have a separate shower option in bath. Only deluxe rooms have it. They also have a full sofa and are more spacious.
Although we booked a king size bed, I was disappointed that they gave us twin beds.
Breakfast is excellent. Service is good. Pool is a bit small but not bad at all. The hotel restaurants aren't that exciting." |
