I made several requests after I booked the room and each time the response was timely. I did not need to use the call center. Even though AsiaRooms did not have the authority to grant my request they provided a reasonable explanation and directions for how I could get what I wanted. Their business dealings were ethical and reliable. I would book through them again.

| "I have nothing negative to say about Asia rooms , in fact quite the opposite. Everytime i want to stay somewhere in Thailand i always use Asia rooms as i know what ever i ask for will be done in a professional manner with the minimum of fuss.Should there ever be a problem i am informed very quickly,so i can alter my plans without ever having to worry.
