| "Asiarooms has never given us a bad deal in the years that we have used their services for finding accommodations in Asia.
We have always found them to be very fast in confirming reservations and sorting out any other requirements.
We have been let down in the past by other companies at the last minute ... this does not happen with Asiarooms ... they take good care of their customers.
If you want a service you can trust to find you good accommodations, at a fair price? ... use Asiarooms ... you wont go wrong." |

| "I am satisfied with my first experience with AsiaRooms. I just made the booking over the internet and it was not necessary to ring the call center or anybody. On the website, the hotel review feature was most useful. Some of the comments told me exactly what I wanted to know about the accomodation.
The website could be improved by allowing customers to specify the type of bed i.e. twin, king, etc." |

| "I would like to give thanks to your call centre or support centre for giving us a hassle free and fast enquiries and help us on our trips to bangkok recently, as there was a uncertainties environment happening there. Asiarooms have solve our problem without problem. And i think they have done a good service to their customers. I hope Asiarooms can maintain that kind of services, as long as the internet alive/exist. Triple thumbs up for Asiarooms staff." |

| "The rates provided by Asiarooms were the cheapest. We had booked rooms in a couple of hotels at different locations and had to change our itinerary at the last moment. Asiarooms was quite prompt in modifying our booking and giving the refund wherever applicable. Their follow up on the net is quite good. The service would become even more user friendly if the call centre could call back on the customer's number, confirming reservation/ changes in the booking. " |
