| "Was a little apprehensive about booking over the internet, being the first time I have done so, but after reading some of the other customers feed back was somewhat less weary. All inquiries were handled promptly and all confirmations were received when they were promised. There were no problems at check-in at the hotel. There was a festival going on in Kyoto on the dates we were staying there and It was difficult to get a room. Many of the hotels were booked and rooms were not available on their websites. Through AsiaRooms.com were were able to find a hotel with in our budget and time need. Instant confirmation on whether rooms were available or not was a time saving feature.
