| "We were very pleased to be allocated our room at 9 a.m. as our flight had arrived very early from the UK. It gave us an opportunity to shower and rest up before getting out and seeing Singapore. Similarly we were given a late check out at 1 p.m. as we were going on an tourin the morning." |

| "I think it our 5th stay at the York. As always the room was ready on arrival, it was spacious and well appointed. The staff were courteous. The breakfast good. The location is ecxellent. When in Singapore I wouldn't go anywhere else." |

I like the ambiance, cleanliness and the whole service is good. I advice this hotel to travelers with mid-high budget and still need luxuries and comfortable... worth to try..." |

| "Had to change rooms due to heavy paint smell form renovations and the toilet kept backing up. The staff however, did try to resolve the problems in a prompt manner.
The hotel is in a very central location to shopping on Orchard and 2 minute walk from Mt. Elzibeth Hospital.

| "It was very convenient to Mt Elizabeth where my husband and I had to visit everyday. Our first room smelled so bad from the renovation from the floor below the staff moved us as soon as another room was made available. Apparently all the rooms have the same color and decor and no pictures which is boring but it was clean and nice size. If the breakfast was better quality and tastier I would have no problem staying here again. The staff were generally friendly. It is a no nonsense, no frills hotel within easy walk of Orchard Road and the MRT. " |

| "We were delighted with the York Hotel. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and all done with a smile.
Breakfast offered a very varied choice and other meals taken were of a very high standard. The only negative comment I would make is that we found the air conditioning too fierce in the restaurant.
The facility of email was excellent and to print off when necessary we were offered the business centre for privacy.
The swimming pool was a perfect way to relax after a long flight and to cool off during the heat of the day with meals served round the pool when required.
The hotel is very centrally situated near Orchard Road and all the shops, a few minutes walk away and a number of interesting trips were available to book through the hotel.
We would recommend this hotel to our friends and will certainly return at the end of our holiday to relax before returning to France.
