| "I was very disappointed with the Oxford Hotel! In particular, the room was old, tired and in need of up-grading. Mouldy grouting, filthy carpeting and worn out, frayed towels are only some of the criticisms.
The front desk staff, on the other hand, were uniformly friendly and helpful, and a delight to deal with. Also, having a room available at 8:30 A.M. after a long flight from Europe was a special treat. Its just a shame the premises are so shabby. It ruins the experience, and prevents me from returning." |

| "Good location, close to all sights in Singapore. Nice plus to mention is that they had a European adapter in the room, very good! The rooms were very small and there was a simple breakfast. Itīs a good hotel if you only stay for one or two nights because of the location. I would not recommend it to families with children because of the small rooms.Good value for money though." |

| "Generally, our at Oxford stay was satisfactory. I found the diner small for the population it is serving. It gets congested when several guests would at the same time have breakfast in the morning which happened everday during our stay there. the room is okay for a couple. i think the room where we stayed just lacks maintenance because I smell something awful. Couldnt tell if it was from a former guest who smoked inside the room or the room smell stinks. i wouldnt recommend the place for businessmen to stay primarily because there room do not have internet facility. I for one needed it because of our bookings in places we were supposed to go. if you will stay for few days and budget is a concern then, this hotel will be appropriate.

| "Not strong professional staff. Strange feeling of being treated like budget customer by counter service staff and person-in-charge then." |

| "The price keeps on increasing, but the hotel stays the same. It is only a 1 star hotel and used to be good value for the money, but now there are better cheaper hotels available in Singapore. Rooms are shoddy, TV only just works, housekeeping is good but other services are non existant." |
