| "The check in was polite but impersonal. The porters and dining staff very attentive but not intrusive. The early check in was very very welcomed and there was no extra charge. Although the hotel was not in the center of things it had a frequent courtesy bus into Orchard Street and the taxis to other parts were cheap and I found Singapore people very friendly and helpful, For a 2 day stop over it was for me more than adequate and I would recommend it especially for a woman on her own. There was a very good tour operator who offered tours and these were helpful again especially if you were on your own.The food in the dining rooms was of high standard and the choice was good. It felt very safe. I would very likely stay there again. I needed a good rest after a 12 hour flight before I took the next leg to Australia and this hotel gave me the respite I needed. " |

| "we had a few maintenance issues but they did get fixed immediately which was good. Dissappointed that it was further from the MTR than we thought - based on what the advertising material said. " |

| "Room facilities were excellent however would like to see more tea bags and fresh milk in room.
As I have visited this hotel twice in 6 months, would like to see different entertainers in Waterfall Lounge. Alcoholic beverages very expensive and there was some confusion concerning what was available during Happy Hour.
I would like to see the hotel provide a free shuttle service for their international guests to and from Changi Airport. I feel this would encourage people to use the Furama again. " |

| "The room was okay maybe a bit small, nice pool and bar area. Breakfast was disappointing very chaotic and disorganised - run out of things, nowhere to sit, no cutlery. Location not close to trains 12 mins walk to one station and 20 minutes walk to the other. Not really close to any shops either." |

| "We (2 adults and 2 childtren) spent 6 nights at the Furama Riverfront and had a great time. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. The location was not really close to anything of interest but the hotel runs a free shuttle bus to Orchard Road and China Town which was very handy. Taxi fares are also quite cheap so we often caught one to Little India etc for just a few dollars. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the gym was well set out with modern equipment. We would definately stay here again." |

| "I booked for 1 superior room for 2 nights during Xmas seasons and get up graded to executive room upon check-in. The room was very clean and tidy with complete furnitures. The room was spacious for two persons but not recommended for a family. Have a nice bathroom but don't really happy with the toilet, need to flush twice or even more in order to flush off completely!
The staffs were very helpful and the guest service even presented a lovely hand-made greeting card togather with the customer satisfactory survey form during housekeeping, really appreciate that.
One thing need improvement is the room insulation is rather poor, can hear the voices from the corridor. The breakfast was quite basic, not much choice and the staffs were not as helpful and friendly as the staffs from other services.
It's good for the hotel to have frequent and free shuttle bus service to Orchard Road and China Town, since the traffic is a bit confusing here.May I suggest to have the shuttle bus service to Suntec city as well during weekend and public holiay?
Overall I enjoy my stay here and will recommend it to my friends." |

| "Hotel was fine, but for me I like to be able to just walk outside and find shops and cafes.. and this place seemed to be a bit isolated from the life. But maybe I just didn't find it as I was only there one night." |

| "Was disappointed that the name of the hotel was called riverfront - but were unable to see the river.
The location of the hotel was not as convenient as other hotels we have tried in singapore." |
