| "We did not sleep, hearing the girls eels all night long in the center of this red light area." |

| "I did not expect the location of this hotel is in prostitute area, and I dont like it. Plus when we approach the front desk they told me that they are going to transfer us in Fragrance Emerald, from some unacceptable reason, so I din't agree to what they are saying.

| "Overall was bad. I went for a 2D1N trip in Singapore.
I was there early at 12.00noon and was asked to pay additional fee as their checkin time is at 3.00pm or i have to wait till then before checking in. I was then reminded that the checkout time is at 12.00noon the next day. This is ok for me.
I was having a late night out and back to hotel only at 5am. I requested for late checkout but was refused. I opted for extra 2 hours (ie checkout at 2pm instead at 12noon) and paid them before i went to bed. I've also requested for a wake up call at 1.30pm so that i can checkout by 2pm.
Guess what :
1) at 12.00pm FrontDesk call asking me to checkout
I told her i have paid for 2 extra hours, and pls dun disturb my sleep.
2) at 12.15pm another FrontDesk staff call to 'enquire' about the late checkout. I have to inform her again that i have extended 2 hr and paid. I asked her to check her system, only then she realise that i have extended my stay.
3) at 12.30pm The housekeeping staff came knocking on my door and saying that i have to check out. I have to tell him about my extended stay.
4) No one give me a wake up call at 1.30am. Cleaner came again at 2pm and frontdesk call in only at 2.15pm.
Hotel is good, but staff are very very bad.

| "Hotel was in a good location, but too expensive. No refrigerator, no safety deposit boxes,so had to carry our money and passports everywhere. would not stay there again." |

| "Geylang is the best eating house in Singapore, great restaurants right outside the hotel and the cheapest beer prices in town. Some really nice clubs starting to appear if you walk down the main drag, "Mask 51" was great. Hotel was a perfect, safe place to crash after taking in all the sights and tastes.

| "good hotel for budget travelers and touring rugby clubs, location is good, lots of shops and simple street restaurants nearby for good food. it's actually a hostel rather than a hotel, there doesn't seem to be anything other than rooms, a reception desk and a pay by the min internet room. Fine.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean." |

| "The room is extremely small. And the room I had doesn't come with any blanket. Asked the front desk for blanket and they said the hotel was fully-booked, therefore they're short of blanket. At the end they gave me two pieces of bedsheet as a replacement. Not a pleasant stay. " |

| "The hotel is in a zone frequented by prostitutes, but it's not a dangerous zone. The taxi driver just suggested me to avoid contacts with that kind of people because they act in collaboration with robbers, and in that case you may have some troubles. But if you just mind your own business, you will have no problems. The zone is not so clean. They say there are many restaurants, but are not clean places, they look like taverns or even worst. You have to go to elewhere to eat. The location is not convenient. There is no subway station near there and it is also difficult to take a bus. The only solution is the taxi, but there are few. The hotel is very cheap and there is the essential inside. It is not dirty. The bathroom is very simple. But you can take a shower and regulate your air conditioner. If you have enough money maybe it better to go elsewhere. " |

| "If all you want is a cheap room, and nothing else then this hotel might suit you. It's normally hired by the hour..and the staff go out of there way to be unhelpful. Surprising really when it would take no more effort to actually look after your guests.
Ask your cab driver for a better recommendation, we checked out and moved to Joo Chiat Hotel which was in a much better location, much nicer staff and much better facilities. Cost about $10 more per night. " |
