| "We were pleased with our room though we had to wait a couple of hours for it to be cleaned (we arrived early in the morning). We found the front desk helpful, the breakfast more than adequate and the location most convenient! The room and bathroom were clean and best of all - the beds were most comfortable. I will be staying there again and will happily recommend it others. " |

| "The rooms in this hotel could probably do with some refurshment, especially the bathrooms. However for the price and location this hotel is a good deal in Singapore. I have stayed here twice and would probably stay here again. The swimming pool area is very nice for families who might want some shade at certain times of day. Service is very good. The Breakfast buffet is good but they could do with changing it a bit more. On the whole a thumbs up. " |

| "Absolutely fantastic service from the front desk, porters and also waiting staff in the restaurant.
$38.00 for two beers was a bit much for my liking.
Great Location, good room and poll area also.
I would be happy to stay again and hopefully will in the not too distant future." |

| "Only real complaint is that as a family with a young child we were placed on a smoking floor. Also, we had to check out early and missed out on buffet breakfast that was included in the accomodation price. There was no room service breakfast available as an alternative except for sandwiches, an apple & orange juice. The sandwiches were stale and were cheese & tuna which is pretty disgusting at 6am." |

| "We were on a honeynoon, and had booked a room with a king size bed. We got a room w. 2 single beds, and when we complained the hotel gave us a room with a king size bed - BUT a smoking room - Yak! The level of cleanines is very poor, considereing we have paid so much for a room and had to go up in rate - compared to the advertised rate on the internet - I think it was a rip off. we very unhappy with the stay at this particular hotl. Not value and service for the money we paid.
Regards,
Anne Raun" |

| "The Elizabeth provides most of the appearance you'd expect from a 4* hotel. It's a fair walk to Orchard Rd compared to other hotels in the "Orchard Rd" area, and being at the end of a long cul-de-sac it's awkward to walk to other places too. The rooms are smart and clean, though with old-fashioned round 3-pin plugs. The service is very good, though the buffet cooked breakfast is definitely not as good as that served in other similarly-rated hotels. Overall, pleasant but slightly disappointing! " |
