| "We stayed at the Allson for 6 nights, absolutely no problem with the staff or their service. The room was good value for money with breakfast included each morning. The breakfast was great. The room was meant to be deluxe, I would hate to see a standard room! It was absolutely tiny. The bathroom left alot to the imagination, the bath was not clean. We "enjoyed" 2 mornings of cold showers, several of warm and 1 lucky morning of hot water!! Overall the location was very good, pickup for tours was easy, you can comfortably walk to most things. It was good value for money with the breakfast, the staff were nice." |

| "The house keepers were prompt and fast with their service. The breakfast quality was passable although the daily menu variation can be improved further.
When I checked out, the front desk staff by the name of Kelly was rude. She did not bother much when I asked her questions and had no eye contact with me at all. She spoilt the experience of the stay." |

| "I found the hotel was just what I required for my stay in Singapore.All the staff were friendly ,The food very good. And the position of the hotel was very handy for the shops, Raffles,and other places of interest.The only downside to the hotle was the bathroom the ventilation system did not work.It was reported to the hotel three times,But no action was taken.If you had a shower or bath the room was full of steam.Overall I found the hotel very good and I would certainly use the hotel again." |

| "Our stay in the allson hotel was great.
we requested and early check-in but at $117-00 (aus) fro 3 hours we didn't bother.
our room was spacious and clean and the staff were more than helpful with anything we requested, and most helpful with resturant locations etc.
we did'nt use the pool bus had a look and it was 100% clean with nice surrounds.
the location is close to the boogey street markets and local food markets.
if we go back to singapore we would stay there again." |

| "We just came back from a 5-day, 4-night stay at Singapore (Allson Hotel). The location of the Hotel is very good; walking distance to City Hall & Bugis MRT. Right in front is the National Library, the Singapore Museum is also just behind it. There is a small decent eatery beside the Hotel. Also there is a 7-11 on the other side. Rooms are okay. Staff are also generally friendly. We booked a Deluxe Room with two beds. We are two adults and 2 kids (10 & 6). " |

| "quite small room and tiny bathroom. Hotels arnt that cheap in singapore. Room was clean and has excellent service. Close to shopping centres, trains and a decent eatery next door." |

| "We stayed here for the second time cos of its location. In front of the receptionst is a karaoke bar very noizy if you chekc in very late at night. Receptionst gave us smoking room instead. Don't know why. We were tired and didnt want to make a fuzz. Hotel breakfast staff are so loud.Most of them are an 'old timer' and not very pleasant to look at.The head waitress even shouting to kitchen stuff. It reminded me of a canteen than a restaurant.
All in all this hotel is much better than Hotel 81." |
