| "Overpriced and rather dirty. Make sure you check the mini bar with staff, otherwise they'll rip you off. Food and bar (if you can call it that) complete rip off too. There are much better places in Cebu to stay." |

| "The hotel was conveniently located on top of a mall. In the mall you can use the internet for cheap. In the hotel you can only use the internet in the lobby, but you need to have your own laptop. They have a business center, but the internet connection is very slow. So, it is the best to use the internet cafe in the mall.
The service in general was satisfactory. The staff was friendly. However, the room was not so clean. I found some cockroaches in the room. The bath tub was falling apart. The toilet did not flush well. The water was not really hot. The pool was very small (more like a bath tub), so not really inviting to go for a swim.
In general, if you are on a budget trip and you have not too high expectations, then this hotel is recommendable. But if you have some money to spend, go for a real 4 star hotel." |

| "I am pretty satisfied with the hotel services and faciliites. In particular, I found the rent-a-vehicle services at the hotel lobby recommendable. Renting a car to travel around the Cebu Island is a good option as it provides you extra flexibility in planning your route and time." |

| "I stayed 3 nights on arrival and one night before I departed. My room on the first three nights was a little jaded, in need of an update, looked a little daggy. My view was a brick wall. However, my room the night before I departed was really much better and had I had this room initially my rating may have been a little higher. I hade a view of Fuenta Circuit. The room on the last night was at peak (Easter) rate and the 3 nights on arrival at a lower rate. Maybe you get what you pay for. I will probably stay here again but I will be insisting on a quality room now I know they have them or I will move on. The staff were very friendly and it is very handy to Robinsons mall. I will probably book a superior room to ensure I get better quality." |
