| "We very much enjoyed our stay, all staff were very friendly and engaging. I would only say that the bar staff that were on, need to learn a lot more about making cocktails and having them all to the table together - not over the space of a 20 minute interval. They were most apologetic about that though. The valets were excellent and only too ready to help, as was everyone." |

The Concierge desk, the guys were just chatting between themselves and not interested in customers. When I finally got some attention, I was given wrong information.
But my main complaint was the internet connection: $30 a day for a terrible service: I clocked just 70 kbps to other domestic sites and 50 kbps to international sites. Appaling! " |

| "After a 24hr flight this was just the place that I needed to get a wonderful night's sleep! You are right in the centre of Wellington so in walking distance of just about everything. The room, facilities and staff were all excellent and I can't wait to go back which hopefully will be very soon!" |
