Renovation update (08/20/08 to 02/28/09)
The hotel lobby lounge and swimming pool have been newly refurbished and are currently in operation. The hotel exterior upgrading is still on-going and this should be finished by end of the year.

The 1st phase of the guestrooms upgrading is estimated to be completed by mid Sep 2008. Phase 2 will start afterwards for the 14th to 28th floors and is expected to be completed by February 2009.
